establish that:
in andere azc’s regelmatig de directe omgeving onveilig wordt gemaakt door bewoners vanuit het azc.
intimidatie, bedreiging, diefstal, samenscholing van jongeren, het lastigvallen van vrouwen en meisjes, geweld en dergelijke bij alle azc’s frequent voorkomen.
dit is geen risico, maar een directe bedreiging voor omwonenden..
